LAWS 203 Property Law
Instructors :
Location: Otago Polytechnic Lecture Theatre
Date: Saturday 12th October 9 AM-4 PM
Tutor: Francesca Dykes

Francesca is in her fourth year studying an LLB (Hons) and a BA in politics. She took the second year property paper back in 2017 and had impressive results placing her in the top 5% of the class. So, whether its tracing, easements or the good old PPSA, Francesca has got you covered for your property exam! In fact, Francesca loves Nicola (and trusts) so much that she decided to take Wills and Trusts, as well. If she’s not in the library, Francesca can be found baking up a storm in the kitchen, kickboxing or obsessively watching Criminal Minds.
What is a workshop?
We are often asked, what do your workshops actually involve and why are they useful? At each workshop, you are provided with a full booklet of notes which have been handcrafted by our high-quality tutors. Throughout the day, the tutor will run through the booklet of notes explaining each concept and working through practise questions with you. Our workshops run from 9 am – 4 pm so we can help as many students as possible. However, we know that your time is valuable, so we try and get the trickier bits done early on.
We provide all of our students with a sushi lunch and fruit throughout the day to keep you all energised and focused.
These workshops are great if you feel confident about the paper to give you an overview of all the concepts so you can see which topics you don’t know as well. Or as a crash course if you have neglected your studies throughout the semester and need to get over the line!
At Comtutor, we know that your time is valuable, so we try and get the trickier bits done early on. We also stack you up with sushi for lunch so you feel refreshed for the second half of your day.
If you have any questions, please email: [email protected] or message our Insta or Facebook page.
