Tutor: Cam Barr

Cam is a third year BCom student, working towards his double major in Marketing and Management. He has been a familiar face in the tutoring world, helping out students in multiple halls since 2017. After doing extremely well in his first year marketing, he began tutoring first years and has loved doing it ever since. He is consistently getting great feedback from halls and first years, that we have got him on board to tutor MART112, his specialty tutoring paper. Outside of uni, Cam is an avid cricket fan and loves powerlifting and keeping his fitness up.

What is a workshop?

We are often asked, what do your workshops actually involve and why are they useful? At each workshop, you are provided with a full booklet of notes which have been handcrafted by our high-quality tutors. Throughout the day, the tutor will run through the booklet of notes explaining each concept and working through practise questions with you. Our workshops run from 9 am – 4 pm so we can help as many students as possible. However, we know that your time is valuable, so we try and get the trickier bits done early on.

We provide all of our students with a sushi lunch and fruit throughout the day to keep you all energised and focused.

These workshops are great if you feel confident about the paper to give you an overview of all the concepts so you can see which topics you don’t know as well. Or as a crash course if you have neglected your studies throughout the semester and need to get over the line!

At Comtutor, we know that your time is valuable, so we try and get the trickier bits done early on. We also stack you up with sushi for lunch so you feel refreshed for the second half of your day.

If you have any questions, please email: [email protected] or message our Insta or Facebook page.
